Customer Focused?
Everyone says “the customer is always right”, you can even buy posters to
this effect and hang them in your reception – but anyone can buy a poster.

At BW Design we are truly customer focused. If the customer is not satisfied
with what you do for them, you are not offering a service they want. This
belief is reflected in the way we work, from initial ideas to the finished
product we value our client’s input. If the customer has an aversion to the
colour green there is not a lot of point in designing a green logo and
belligerently defending your reasons for doing so: if the customer doesn’t
like it – its wrong. We believe this approach is fundamental to our success.
